Please note that, for a trial period of three months starting May 2013, Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) will be running the Disability Support, Pacific Health, Hospital and Community & Public Health Advisory Committees concurrently under the new name of the 'Combined Health Advisory Committee'.

In accordance with the provisions in the New Zealand Public Health & Disability Act 2000, Counties Manukau DHB hereby gives notice of the following meetings:
