Welcome to the General Practice website

We endeavour to include pertinent and up to date information which includes:

• General Practice Newsletters;

• Waiting times for elective services;

• CME dates and dates of other meetings we know about;

• Referral templates, guidelines and other “forms” via Medical Professional Secure Login on Healthpoint;

• Information about the PHOs in the CMDHB area;

• Primary Care Nursing.

Any suggestions on further content that may be useful are very welcome.   We welcome contributions from general practices, GP's, nurses and PHOs, etc.   Please feel free to contact us.
