Fale Suemai has been with Counties Manukau Health for 26 and half years as an Orderly Driver at Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit and is retiring on 26 November 2021.
As he farewells us, he thanks the Spinal Unit management with special mention to Brenda Lawson, Sandra James and Mohammad Alshadiefat.
"I thank God for all these years, but I've reached the end of the road for my retirement. Everyone is like family to me from management to the doctors, nurses, and cleaners. I'm leaving very happy and will remember this place for the rest of my life," he says.
His supervisor Brenda Lawson says his contributions to his team have been greatly valued and well respected. His generosity, kindness, loyalty, and great sense of humour are a motivation for us all in our team.
"I have been Fale's Supervisor for seven years. It's been an absolute pleasure and inspirational journey over this time. He will be missed," says Brenda.
Fale embodies our CM Health value of 'together' to include everyone as part of the team.
We hope you enjoy your well-earned retirement!
