As of 11:59pm on Tuesday, 21 September Auckland will be in Alert Level 3. This means our visitor policy has changed. Please see here for full details.

With Auckland moving to Alert Level 3 CM Health has made changes to bring its Visitor Policy in line with the new Alert Level.

Visiting at our facilities is currently only on essential and compassionate grounds, or for birthing partners.

Whaanau wishing to visit a patient on these grounds will need to contact the Charge Nurse/Midwife for the ward their family member is on

We appreciate this is a difficult time for our patients’ friends and whaanau - please remember that our policy is in place to ensure all our patients are safe.

Please see our Visitor Guidance page for more information.
