collects this vital information is via an online
inpatient experience survey, which is emailed to
patients two weeks following discharge.
The survey asks patients
and their whaanau for feedback regarding their recent
hospital experience. In particular what we do
really well and what we could be doing better.
Services and departments can then learn from this
information and improve the services they provide.
It’s also an opportunity to recognise the areas that are
here for our latest report.
