All communications and correspondence (including but not limited to documents, advice, reports, emails and memos) relating to the request to move a Covid-19 positive patient from Fiji to New Zealand (involving the person being medevaced to New Zealand on Thursday evening), including but not limited to:
The request, discussion and refusal
