Middlemore is getting a new Specialty Coffee Bar, trading under “Elixir Espresso”. Hospital staff and visitors will find Kokako Organic Coffee on offer, all of which is certified Fairtrade and Organic. With a focus on consistently prepared espresso, the aim is to provide customers with swift, friendly and efficient service and exemplary tasting coffee prepared on a market-leading La Marzocco Linea PB espresso machine. In addition to espresso, there will be rotating single-origin filter coffee options from various coffee cooperatives. Cold Brew coffee, renowned for its natural flavor profile and lower acidity, will also be available to grab and go alongside a hand-picked selection of sugar-free treats.
Designed by award-winning Interior Architects CTRL Space, the bespoke interior features clean geometric lines and offers customers a respite from whatever they might be dealing with that day.
